This warranty covers substantial defects in materials and workmanship in your new Vegas Massage Chair or Vegas Massage Pillow.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover any problems which result from abuse, accidents, or acts of God, such as hurricane or floods, or post-installation moving or transporting of the Vegas Massage Chair.

How Long The Warranty Lasts

For the Vegas Massage Chair the coverage of this warranty lasts for Five Years after the date of installation in your home or office IF YOU COMPLETE OUR FREE & EASY TO UTILIZE TRAINING COURSE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. THIS TRAINING COURSE IS EASILY FOUND AT www.vegaschair.com and click "Learn". ALL CLIENTS HAVE EASY LOGIN ACCESS TO OUR WEBSITE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR LOGIN INFO OR PREFER TO RECEIVE TRAINING PROGRAM IN PRINTED FORM LET US KNOW BY CALL OR TEXT AT 702-900-0275 WITHIN 21 DAYS OF PURCHASE. ANYONE WHO DOES NOT COMPLETE THE NECESSARY TRAINING FOR PROPER USE OF THE CHAIR WILL RECIEVE A 12 MONTH WARRANTY. 

Candidly speaking, we want EVERYONE to receive 5 years of warranty coverage. It is imperative that the chair be operated properly for the mechanical aspects of the chair to perform properly and for a very long time. We made a simple to follow "course" that even a middle school child could satisfactorily complete.


For the Vegas Massage Pillow the coverage of this warranty lasts for 12 Months after the purchase date.

How To Get Service

We took ample time to build a "Training Course" that all Vegas Massage Chair clients are expected to complete. Knowing a client completed the course allows us to acknowledge them having a moderate level of expertise about the chair's expected functions. This is vital in the communication process when it comes to troubleshooting problems. 

We also took extra time to build a "Knowledge Base" of "how to" videos and articles that will answer a vast number of common and less common questions. The "Training Course" taught the client how to use the "Knowledge Base" which then reduces the likelihood of needing to reach out for additional help unless the issue is indeed a defect.

Every client has a simple login access username and password to our website www.vegaschair.com which is formatted for phones, tablets and computers. We invested into a modern "help desk" ticketing system to guarantee our staff stays organized and prompt in responding to your needs. Your submission of the "help ticket" starts the process for advanced support. 

Advanced Support involves trained staff people responding to your ticket with written guidance to attempt to self-fix any non-major issue. We can also troubleshoot over the phone at this stage.

If our troubleshooting efforts determine a part needs to be replaced, we will first see if the client feels comfortable following directions to replace the part that we will ship at no cost within 7 days. If the complexity is beyond clients comfort level to replace, we will send a staff person to replace the defective part within 30 days. 

What To Do If You Are Not Satisfied

If client is not satisfied and requests a refund within 30 days of installation or receiving Vegas Massage Chair or Pillow, we will refund full product cost less the cost of return shipping. We pay for the return shipping. This refund method ensures the client isn't paying out of pocket to return ship the 300+ lb chair or the 2lb pillow. The return costs are deducted from the purchase price and a check is sent via Priority Mail within 7 days of the returned items arrival to our facility. Many retailers will force the client to pay to return the item before a refund is issued, which for some, means they may never be able to qualify for a refund at all. 

After 30 days, all parties acknowledge that in proper working condition the product is satisfactory. We will strive for the rest of the aforementioned warranty time to keep the original chair in proper working condition or substitute a new chair or pillow if necessary.
